With its deep roots that can grow up to 4 feet, Black Beauty Pacific Northwest Grass Seed is super drought tolerant and germinates in just 10 - 20 days.

Instructions: To ensure successful growth, vigorously rake your lawn to remove any thatch or debris. This will help create good seed-to-soil contact. Use a hand spreader for small areas or a rotary spreader for larger areas to evenly distribute the seed across your lawn. Water the seedlings for five minutes, 2 - 3 times a day for the first 4 weeks to help them survive and thrive.
