Our fishermen and women work together on small fishing boats, individually catching and handling each fish with care. The fish are then cleaned and frozen within minutes to preserve flavor and freshness.

Premium Quality Our wild king salmon comes in 6oz boneless, skin-on portions, perfect for a quick and easy dinner. Thaw in the refrigerator overnight or in cold water for 30 minutes. We recommend searing the king salmon slightly first to lock in the moisture, then baking the fish to an internal temperature of 130 degrees.
